The on-line sales realized in the shop are subjected to the present general terms of sale and any order placed by the buyer implies its acceptance on the contents of arrangements below.

1. Modalities of the offers:

The Shop saves itself the possibility of adapting or of modifying at any time the present general terms of sale.

Items put on sale on the shop are presented and detailed so that every consumer is capable of knowing the essential characteristics of the products which he would like to buy (article L 111-1 of the Code of the consumption). The photos which illustrate the description of articles are given as a rough guide and are not contractual.

2. Prices:

The prices are in euro and without postal charges.

The shop reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but makes a commitment to apply the current prices at the time of the order, subject to the availability at this date.

3. Shipping costs:

The method of dispatch and the postal charges are in function of the zone of destination of the order.

4. Regulation:

The goods ordered are payable counting and without discount, the means of payment is in the choice of the buyer among those proposed by The Witching Hour shop:

Payments are secured and are made with Paypal. The informations of the credit cards are coded under the protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never passes in transit in clear on the network.

• Bank Tranfer  ( The customer has a time allowed of 7 days to make his transfer, after these 7 days his order will be cancelled)

The Witching Hour shop has no access to the informations. As a result of which these informations are not kept on the servers and are asked at every new transaction on the site.

5. Shipping of the order - Delivery:

All the orders are shipped by postal service in followed mode or economic mode. If you choose the economic mode you won't have any insurance.

The Witching Hour shop cannot be considered responsible in case of loss or of damage of the order by the postal service.

The goods appearing on the site are in stock and the orders are daily treated from Monday to Friday included. The dispatch is made after the reception of the payment of the order.

The delivery time for European countries is usually between 4-7 working days and 10-14 working days for USA and Canada.

In every case, we confirm by e-mail the dispatch dates of the orders.

6. Return of a good (satisfied or paid off, retraction):

According to the article 121-16 of the Code of the Consumption, the buyer has a time allowed of 7 days as from the reception of his corder to return the product which he bought.

The right of return can be applied only if the procedure of forwarding is respected and only if the products returned during the time allowed of 7 days are still sealed and in perfect condition.

Above all return, the customer beforehand has to contact the customer service of The Witching Hour shop by telephone or by email.

Expenses relative to the forwarding in recommended mode are chargeable to the sender. No package sent in mode with repayment will be accepted by The Witching Hour shop.

Against the respect for the procedure above, The Witching Hour shop makes a commitment to make the exchange or the repayment of the product for a maximum time allowed of 30 days following the reception of the returned goods.

8. Property reserve:

According to the law n°80.335 of May 12th, 1980, The Shop saves itself the property of the goods delivered up until the complete payment of their price.

9. Computing measures and liberties:

The information which are asked to the customer is necessary for the treatment and for the execution of his order. The files of data remain internal to The Shop and every person has a right of access and a rectification to the information concerning him, according to the data protection act of January 6th, 1978.

10. Dispute:

The present general terms of sale are governed by the French law.

Any contesting relative to the interpretation or to the execution of the orders will be examined with the biggest care and will be the object of an immediate amicable proposal. In case of contesting not resolved between the shop and the buyer, only the commercial court the closest to the shop will be competent on the subject.
