"Libera Me"
The soul of this creation
To create this design, I drew inspiration from our beautiful Gothic cathedrals, which I’ve always greatly admired. I wanted to add two small gargoyles, like guardians watching over the entrance to this arch, which will rest near your heart when you wear this pendant. I also chose to adorn the top of this piece with several ivy leaves to bring an even more authentic touch to the imagery found in Gothic culture.
Finally, I stylized the bottom of the pendant, drawing inspiration from a bat’s wings, to give it a more modern look while also referencing vampire folklore.
The name I chose for this pendant refers to the opening music from the movie "Interview with the Vampire".
